Hi, Thank you for contacting us.
- Access your account and remove the card which you had entered while trying the trial plan of DesignBold.
Log in to your account and fo here: https://www.designbold.com/account/setting/payment
There you can remove the associated card.
- Once you removed the card, then you can cancel your plan. (follow the steps to cancel in the doc below). That will prevent any further charge for you in the next billing cycle.
