Hi, thank you for contacting. As replied at the chat support the issue has been resolved and it working fine now. It usually happens due to interfering extensions and Ad Blockers used in the browser. So, you might need to deactivate the adblockers and also clear cache and cookies. Then as a double-check, use the incognito mode of the browser. We have crossed checked with multiple users and the elements can be moved without any issue.
