I cant download anything, urgent, need a help, plz double check

I have PRO account and cant download becoz some error in resource, I have chat and email to hello@designbold.com but no one reply. Plz check ASAP.

Hi there,

In my previous reply, I had requested for the design link. I just checked the chat log and there is no mention of the design link.

The design download system is working fine. So, if there is an issue with the design you are mentioning, we would need the design link to review it. You would find the design link in the browser address bar when you are editing the design at DesignBold.

Once we get the design we can review it for any issues.
