I have verified and the upload system is working fine. However, I have marked your issue for a recheck.
As an immediate troubleshooter could you try accessing your DesignBold account from a separate browser? This is just to rule out any possible browser related interference to load the scripts. (Some time existing cookies and browser extensions may create a disruption in the loading of the upload images).
For a check please try a new fresh installed browser without any extensions after clearing the system cache.
Please update us if you were able to access the upload images sections after following the isnstructions.
(Also note that just above the Upload button, then is the folder section and you can arrange your upload images into separate folders for a quick use next time.
